Saint Paul Cathedral is a relatively new Catholic cathedral located in the heart of Tirana, Albania. Constructed after the fall of communism, it stands as a symbol of religious freedom and renewal. The cathedral is notable for its modern architecture, incorporating triangular and circular shapes representing the Trinity and God's eternity. It features stained-glass windows depicting Pope Paul II, Mother Teresa, and Pope Francis, as well as a mosaic portrait of Mother Teresa. A statue of Mother Teresa, whose parents were Albanian, is located in the forecourt. The cathedral provides a serene atmosphere for prayer and reflection.
