Xhura Mosque

The Xhura Mosque is a relatively new religious site in Tirana, constructed after the fall of communism. Its establishment was made possible by a generous land donation from a member of the Xhura family, hence its name. It has quickly become a prominent landmark and a frequently visited mosque within the city. The mosque is particularly noted for the exceptional vocal quality of Mr. Bilal Teqja, the hatib, whose recitations are widely appreciated by guests and locals alike, enhancing the spiritual experience for those in attendance.
