Slovenska Beach is the largest beach in Budva, Montenegro, situated adjacent to the Budva Boardwalk and near the Hotel Slovenska Plaža. It's known for its convenient location and accessibility, making it a popular choice for visitors. The beach features a mix of free public space and areas occupied by beach clubs offering sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. While the water is generally clear, the beach frequently experiences overcrowding, particularly during peak season, and can suffer from cleanliness issues due to high foot traffic and dining on the sand. The seabed is rocky, and beach shoes are recommended.
If you want to spend the evening peacefully, this place offers beautiful landscapes surrounded by lush greenery and excellent surroundings. You can simply lounge in the sun or pack yourself a quiet and nice picnic.
This beach is a major tourist destination and is alway crowded with people and weekends are the worst. People throw so much garbage here that this place remains dirty and is ruined because of the people's bad behavior. There are only a few clean spots here and the sunset from here is gorgeous. Try to go early in the morning to avoid the crowd and the dirt.
