Ardencraig Gardens

Ardencraig Gardens is a formal walled garden located near Rothesay on the Isle of Bute. Originally part of a larger estate design, it now serves as a nursery for the plants used in the town's public displays. The gardens are renowned for their colourful bedding plants, well-stocked greenhouses featuring tropical plants and cacti, and a full-length aviary. Managed by Argyll and Bute Council, the gardens offer a peaceful and tranquil experience for visitors of all ages, with no entry fee.
