The Pines Garden is a six-acre organically maintained garden located near St Margaret's Bay. It features a diverse collection of plants and trees, a small lake, and imaginative art installations. Adjacent to the garden is a tea room offering meals and refreshments, alongside a museum dedicated to the history of the area during World War II. The site is known for its peaceful atmosphere and commitment to environmental sustainability. The Pines Calyx, a unique eco-building, is also located on the grounds.
The Pines Garden is best suited for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing escape, garden enthusiasts, history buffs, and families looking for a quiet outing. It's also a good option for dog owners, as dogs are welcome on leads.
Spring and summer offer the most vibrant blooms, while autumn provides beautiful foliage. The gardens are open year-round, but some features may be less impressive during the winter months.
Weekdays are generally less crowded than weekends. Mid-morning or early afternoon is recommended for a more peaceful experience.
The gardens have some uneven terrain and may not be fully accessible for wheelchair users. The tea room is generally accessible, but it's advisable to check in advance. There are some areas with limited mobility access.
The gardens offer space for children to explore, with grassy areas and interesting features. However, there are no dedicated play areas. The tea room provides high chairs and a children's menu. The pond requires supervision due to its depth.
Dogs are welcome on leads in the gardens and in the tea room.
The onsite tea room serves a range of meals, snacks, cakes, and beverages. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas available. Picnic tables are also available within the gardens. Restrooms are located near the tea room.
The cafe is a little place situated in the middle of the buzzing market of the city and is a cute little place with a really warm ambience and very nice and friendly people and staff. The food was great and had a lot of amazing local flavors. It was totally worth the visit and we really enjoyed the food and hospitality.

This is an excellent restaurant which is the new opening in the town and also the talk of the town. The delicacies prepared here are awesome and delicious. The chefs have all come from outside and serve the best of gourmet food. It was exotic and tasty array of food and I highly recommend this place to everyone. Just awesome!!
We went to this amazing place and loved the view and the scenery. The place was really crowded as it is one of the most famous tourist attractions but you need to look out for pickpockets here because apparently a lot can happen here if you dont pay much attention.
There was nothing special about this speciality hotel and it was such a disappointment. The place was literally in ruins and it pinches me to see all my money goes to waste. The rooms were really dirty and unkept and the service was pathetic. I wont recommend this to anyone and it was the worst experience.

We were so excited to visit this place but were thoroughly disappointed while reaching and looking at the mismanaged affair. The place was crowded with tourists and there was no system to arrange them. The staff was also very rude.
