Opened approximately a decade ago, the center features a grand building with a large fountain and expansive grounds. It serves as the location for various events, from festivals like Masskara to smaller gatherings and exercise activities. While primarily a government complex, it has become a popular destination for families, joggers, and those seeking a relaxing outdoor space. The surrounding area boasts numerous restaurants and food stalls, adding to its appeal. Recent renaming to 'People's House' reflects a desire to emphasize its accessibility and community focus.
We decided to visit this place and I think that because it was the weekend, it was too crowded. We were not able to have a good tour since so many people were there and it was not a very nice experience. The place seemed good but I guess the crowd ruined it for us.
It is a great place to stay and gives you much luxury and comfort at a great price. The service is great and the management was very prompt and was very helpful and assisted us with everything. The rooms were big and spacious, well maintained and the views from the window of the city skyline was just stunning. Loved my experience here!
