Mamitas Beach is a popular beach club located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It's known for its vibrant party scene, with loud music and a generally energetic atmosphere. The beach club offers sunbeds, umbrellas, food and beverage service, and often hosts events. However, it has received considerable feedback regarding high costs for chairs and drinks, a strong smell in the area, and instances of overly assertive security practices, including reports of police intervention for non-consuming patrons. The surrounding beach area is also impacted by sargassum seaweed and the presence of numerous other beach clubs.
