While it once boasted a thriving retail environment, the mall has experienced a significant decline in recent years, with numerous storefronts remaining unoccupied. It currently features anchor tenants such as Dillard's, JC Penney, and Sears, alongside a reduced selection of specialty stores and a food court. Entertainment options include a Regal cinema and a bowling alley, and a dedicated children's play area with a bouncy house. Despite efforts to revitalize the mall, it continues to face challenges related to competition from online retailers and larger shopping destinations.
