Buen Provecho

Buen Provecho provides an engaging culinary experience focused on authentic Mexican cuisine. Classes are led by Chef Denise Elliott, who guides participants through recipes and cooking techniques, complemented by cultural and historical insights from Renée Lagloire. The experience often begins with a tour of the on-site orchard, showcasing the fresh ingredients used in the meals. Guests actively participate in preparing a multi-course meal, enjoying the fruits of their labor in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. Leftovers are often encouraged to be taken home, extending the culinary experience. The school is located in a rustic setting, offering a scenic drive through the Baja California landscape.
