Hero Spa is a spa establishment offering a range of treatments including Thai massage and facials. While some guests report positive experiences with respectful staff and effective treatments for muscle soreness, others express serious concerns regarding the spa's atmosphere and the nature of services offered. Reports suggest potential issues with cleanliness, inappropriate advances, and unprofessional behavior from staff, including distractions during treatments and attempts to solicit additional payment. The quality of massage services is also questioned, with some claiming a lack of skill and a focus on inappropriate behavior rather than therapeutic techniques.
Based on the limited positive feedback, the spa might appeal to individuals seeking a basic massage, but caution is advised. It is not recommended for those seeking a professional or relaxing spa experience.
