Newhailes House & Gardens is a National Trust for Scotland property showcasing an authentic 18th-century Palladian mansion. The house is conserved rather than restored, providing visitors with a unique “time capsule” experience. Guided tours are the primary way to experience the house, revealing its history and the family life within. The extensive grounds include walking paths, a shell grotto, a popular children’s play area ('Weehailes'), and a cafe. Ongoing conservation work ensures the preservation of this historical site.
We were so excited to visit this place but were thoroughly disappointed while reaching and looking at the mismanaged affair. The place was crowded with tourists and there was no system to arrange them. The staff was also very rude.
This was our 5th time visiting this camp and the scenery and the service including the facilities are just awesome. You have to look out for the best time to visit the camp because winters could be too cold and for some not a feasible option. Even though you can enjoy the winterland, you have to be fully equipped with everything.
The trip was totally amazing, beautiful scenery, wonderful guides, great food, and active adventures. It was an excellent experience and tour for me and my family.

The rooms were big and spacious, well maintained and the views from the window of the city skyline was just stunning. Loved my experience here!
The cathedral is hundreds of years old and has a magnificent architecture. The murals and the walls are simply stunning. We got a chance to witness the prayer ceremony and it was divine. Do visit this place and do enjoy it.. We decided to go to this famous museum and loved every bit of it. The guide was superb and the collection was diverse. Some of the antiques were really fascinating and the stories associated with them were very interesting and intriguing. All and all, our museum tour was quite successful.

The chefs have all come from outside and serve the best of gourmet food. It was exotic and tasty array of food and I highly recommend this place to everyone. Just awesome!!
This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.

While making our itinerary, we included this place towards the end and thought that incase we are behind time, we will skip it. But thank God, we didnt because it was one of the greatest places to visit. Easily accessible, conveniently located, gorgeous location and the easy navigation for the entire tour of this place made it much more fun and enjoyable. I will suggest everyone to please visit this place.

Me and my partner visited this place on our anniversary and we were so happy to spend some quality time here and it is such a beautiful place. The hotel we stayed in was very warm and cosy and had the best views of the enchanting hills. There were so many scenic spots but the best was the sunset point which offered the best view from this place.

This is an immensely historic place which is enormously significant in the times of past. The visit to this place fills you up with a lot of emotions and little remorse for a while but is worth a visit because of its magnificent views.
