Airport Bus Express Ltd. is a transportation service focused on airport transfers. It aims to offer a cost-effective alternative to taxis and private car services. However, the service is consistently described as unreliable, with frequent reports of delays, missed buses, and poor customer service. While the company advertises convenient connections, guests often experience significant issues that lead to missed flights and considerable stress. The service's reputation is severely impacted by allegations of deceptive practices and difficulties with refunds.
This service is not recommended for any demographic, particularly those with time-sensitive travel plans or those requiring reliable transportation.
The service's reliability does not appear to be affected by the season.
Weekdays and weekends are equally prone to issues. There is no consistently better time of day, as delays and cancellations occur at all hours.
Accessibility information is limited. Reports suggest inconsistent accessibility features across different bus models, and assistance may not always be readily available.
The service is not specifically geared towards families with children. Overcrowding and potential delays can make travel stressful for young children. Stroller access may be limited depending on the bus model.

No food or beverage facilities are available directly on the buses. Restrooms are typically available at departure and arrival points.
If there is one way to describe my visit, it would be unbelievable. This place was just extraordinarily amazing and beautiful. The gorgeous locations, the history associated with the places, the super fun tourist spots, the delicious cuisine, warm and friendly people and to top it all, the kind hospitality we received, I am just so happy and joyful about my vacation here.. Our trip to this magnificent city was unbelievable. We had a wonderful time enjoying the various beautiful sites of the city. The location and the scenery here is stunning and the people are warm and welcoming. We stayed at this beautiful place where everyone made our time special. The local cuisine is a must try.
I was so hopeful when i visited this place but it was not a great experience. The whole trip was ruined from the beginning when I booked this place. They charged me extra, the service was really bad, the staff was rude and very non-friendly, the rooms were dirty and complaining, nothing happened. Overall, it was an awful experience and I am never visiting this place again.
Visiting this awesome place has been such an awesome and pleasant experience. I was not hoping for it to go so well for me but it turned out the place and the people are simply great. Loved it here and will surely come back again.

It is a great place to stay and gives you much luxury and comfort at a great price. The service is great and the management was very prompt and was very helpful and assisted us with everything. The rooms were big and spacious, well maintained and the views from the window of the city skyline was just stunning. Loved my experience here!
