Quran Roundabout

The Quran Roundabout is a prominent landmark in Sharjah, known for its central sculpture of the Quran and the impressive buildings that surround it. Originally named Al Shola (Fire) Roundabout, it has undergone several name changes and improvements over the years. Designed with input from a Spanish architect and Shaikh Dr Sultan, the roundabout symbolizes the importance of reading and seeking guidance. It's a significant cultural and architectural feature of the city, blending historical significance with modern infrastructure.
