I was so hopeful when i visited this place but it was not a great experience. The whole trip was ruined from the beginning when I booked this place. They charged me extra, the service was really bad, the staff was rude and very non-friendly, the rooms were dirty and complaining, nothing happened. Overall, it was an awful experience and I am never visiting this place again.. It was one the greatest experiences we had. We loved the place and more than the place the people were simply amazing. The hospitality and the warmth provided to us was beyond expectation and we are forever grateful.
