The Poltava Regional Museum is a comprehensive institution dedicated to the history, archaeology, and natural history of the Poltava region of Ukraine. Housed in a striking Baroque building, the museum features a wide array of exhibits, including archaeological finds dating back centuries, historical artifacts, weaponry, traditional artistry, and natural history displays like a woolly mammoth skeleton. While signage is primarily in Ukrainian, the museum offers a valuable insight into the region's past and cultural heritage. Visitors appreciate the building's architecture and the breadth of the collections, though some note the exhibits are presented in an older style.
It is the most beautiful building I witnessed which is architecturally detailed. The building structure was royal and the building exhibits a regal vibe to it. Visiting this place was an amazing experience and the place is truly a stunning place.
