Zagnos Pasa Camii

Zagnos Pasa Camii is a significant historical mosque located in Balikesir. The building is particularly striking when viewed from the outside, especially at night due to its illumination. Its interior features a design with squat pillars, reminiscent of the Eski Cami (Old Mosque) in Edirne. Visitors are welcome to tour the mosque outside of prayer times. A notable, though unexplained, rule prohibits consuming lokma (a Turkish dessert) within the mosque grounds.
