Black Mountain Water Park, situated just outside Hua Hin, is a popular destination for families seeking a fun and affordable day out. The park features a variety of water attractions, including water slides suitable for different age groups, a wave pool, a lazy river, and a unique inflatable obstacle course on a nearby lake. While not the largest or most cutting-edge water park, it distinguishes itself through its cleanliness, friendly staff, and generally uncrowded environment, particularly on weekdays. Guests appreciate the reasonable pricing and convenient shuttle service from Hua Hin town. Food options are available, though quality can be inconsistent.
This water park is best suited for families with children of all ages, particularly those seeking a relaxed and affordable day out. It's also a good option for groups of friends or couples looking for a fun and casual experience.
The dry season (November to April) offers the most pleasant weather for enjoying the water park.
Weekdays are significantly less crowded than weekends. Arriving early in the morning or later in the afternoon can help avoid peak crowds.
The park is generally accessible, with pathways suitable for strollers. However, specific details regarding accessibility for individuals with disabilities are not widely available.
Black Mountain Water Park is exceptionally kid-friendly, with dedicated areas and slides for toddlers and younger children. Stroller access is generally good, and changing rooms are available. The inflatable obstacle course on the lake is a popular attraction for older children and teenagers.
Pets are not allowed inside the water park.
The park offers onsite food and beverage options, but the quality is reported as inconsistent. A cash card system is typically used for food purchases. Picnic areas are not explicitly mentioned.
We decided to visit this place and I think that because it was the weekend, it was too crowded. We were not able to have a good tour since so many people were there and it was not a very nice experience. The place seemed good but I guess the crowd ruined it for us.

We stayed in for one night here and the hotel was too expensive and not at all worth it. The place was a little crappy in shape and a lot of maintenance was going on and all the rooms were not even furnished properly. But we had no other option and had to stay therefore had to sacrifice and paid extra to stay a night.
