The project supports local artisans, primarily women, in creating high-quality wool and felt products, including carpets, hats, and bags. These items are available for purchase in Penjikent, Dushanbe, and Khujand, offering visitors an authentic souvenir and supporting the local economy. The distinctive striped, colorful carpets are a hallmark of the region's artistry.
