Four Four South Village

Four Four South Village is a unique historical and cultural site in Taipei, Taiwan. Originally built in 1949 to house personnel and families of the 44th Arsenal of the Combined Logistics Command, it represents the temporary housing provided to soldiers who relocated from mainland China. Saved from demolition through community efforts, the village has been transformed into a community park and historical site, offering a glimpse into the past. Today, visitors can explore the preserved buildings, browse small shops, enjoy a café, and experience a piece of Taiwan’s military history. It’s conveniently located near Taipei 101 and accessible by public transportation.
