Weligama Beach is a crescent-shaped bay located on the south coast of Sri Lanka. It's renowned for its gentle waves, making it an ideal location for learning to surf. The beach stretches for several kilometers, offering ample space for sunbathing, walking, and enjoying the ocean views. While the area has become increasingly developed with surf schools and restaurants, it retains a laid-back vibe. However, concerns regarding cleanliness and pollution are frequently noted. The beach is also a hub for local fishermen, adding to its authentic character.
This park is amazing and has beautiful scenery. It is a perfect spot to take a good walk or even go for a run. There is a dedicated trail, well managed in the park. The trees by the trail are just beautiful and provide a lot of good air. There are also benches in the park where you can sit and relax.
This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.
There was nothing special about this speciality hotel and it was such a disappointment. The place was literally in ruins and it pinches me to see all my money goes to waste. The rooms were really dirty and unkept and the service was pathetic. I wont recommend this to anyone and it was the worst experience.
This is an excellent restaurant which is the new opening in the town and also the talk of the town. The delicacies prepared here are awesome and delicious. The chefs have all come from outside and serve the best of gourmet food. It was exotic and tasty array of food and I highly recommend this place to everyone. Just awesome!!
