Yeongnangho Lake

Yeongnangho Lake is a tranquil destination in Sokcho, known for its pleasant walking trail that encircles the water. The lake provides a relaxing atmosphere, attracting both locals who enjoy jogging and visitors seeking a quiet escape. The western side of the lake offers particularly stunning views, framed by the nearby mountain range. Beom-Bawi Rock, located on the southwestern part of the lake, is recognized as one of Sokcho's eight scenic spots. Access can be a bit challenging as there are no direct bus routes, requiring a taxi or a walk from the inter-city bus terminal.
