The presence of the Capitol Theatre continues to draw visitors for performances. The Food Republic food court provides a more casual dining option. The mall is directly connected to City Hall MRT station, making it easily accessible.
Capitol Piazza is best suited for those interested in dining, catching a performance at the Capitol Theatre, or seeking a less crowded shopping experience. It appeals to those who appreciate historical architecture and convenient access to public transportation.

Weekdays are recommended for a more relaxed experience. Weekdays are generally less crowded than weekends. Lunchtime can be busy at the Food Republic.
Capitol Piazza is easily accessible via City Hall MRT station with a direct underpass connection. The mall features elevators and ramps for wheelchair access. However, one visitor noted a very small and narrow baby changing room at level B2, making it difficult to maneuver strollers.
While the mall itself is stroller-accessible, the baby changing facilities are limited and cramped. There are no dedicated children's play areas.

There was nothing special about this speciality hotel and it was such a disappointment. The place was literally in ruins and it pinches me to see all my money goes to waste. The rooms were really dirty and unkept and the service was pathetic. I wont recommend this to anyone and it was the worst experience.
