The Dam at River Klyazma is a modest, historic structure built in the 19th century by industrialist Savva Morozov. Located near Noginsk, the dam is approximately 3 meters in height and situated on the Klyazma River. The area surrounding the dam, locally known as Shum (Noise) due to the sound of the water, is a favored location for anglers. The nearby village of Uspenskaya, and its historic Church of the Assumption of the Virgin, are visible from the dam.
