The facility operates on a card-based system for ride access, requiring a minimum initial top-up. While praised for its organizational system, visitor experiences vary, with some finding limited entertainment options for very young children and concerns regarding the quality of the 'ice rink'.
Me and my family were so excited to visit this place but it was a huge disappointment. The place was in ruins and it was not managed or kept. It was untidy and in really bad shape. We were not even able to stay long enough to take the whole tour. It was really the worst experience of our lives. Dont visit here!!
