The Maritime Museum of Kotor, located in the historic Grgurina Palace in Bokassa Fleet Square, offers visitors a glimpse into the city’s long and significant seafaring past. The palace itself, a Baroque edifice dating back to the 18th century, is a notable architectural feature. The museum’s collection includes ship models, historical maps, uniforms, maritime equipment, weaponry, and artifacts that illustrate Kotor’s dominance as a trading port and naval power. Outside the palace, two cannons stand as a reminder of past conflicts. The museum provides context for understanding the cultural and economic foundations of Kotor.
The place is so beautiful that I could not take my eyes off it. The place is a heritage building which has stunning architecture and the Victorian style walls are simply amazing. We visited the place on a weekday and it had a lot of people. But things were arranged in a proper way and we could have the tour nicely.
There was nothing special about this speciality hotel and it was such a disappointment. The place was literally in ruins and it pinches me to see all my money goes to waste. The rooms were really dirty and unkept and the service was pathetic. I wont recommend this to anyone and it was the worst experience.
The visit to this unique place was nothing I experienced before. It was like an emotional visit which left me quite heavy in the heart and overwhelmed. The stories associated with this place are moving and a must visit for everyone.
Our journey to this place was nothing less than a magnificent memory. This is the most beautiful place I have visited and stayed. I have never experienced luxury like that and the hospitality was top notch. I am still so grateful for all the people who hosted us and took us on an incredible journey.
The place is a home to some of the most impressive collections of art and design and the display is majestic and stunning. It takes you some time to enjoy the whole museum but if you are an intriguing person just like me, you will love it here.
The cathedral is hundreds of years old and has a magnificent architecture. The murals and the walls are simply stunning. We got a chance to witness the prayer ceremony and it was divine. Do visit this place and do enjoy it.. This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.
I did an 11 day tour in Iceland and it was awesome. The place is nothing I have ever seen and it was one of the best trips of my life. I went in June and the weather was great and clear. I visited all the main attractions and did some hiking and everything about this city seemed perfect. The best part was seeing the northern lights and being mesmerized by them. This place is definitely worth visiting.
