Music Museum

The Music Museum, located in a heritage building near Merdeka Square, offers a glimpse into the diverse musical traditions of Malaysia. Admission is free, and the museum displays a collection of instruments representing different states and cultures. A special room is dedicated to the legacy of the renowned Malaysian entertainer, P. Ramlee. Guests can sometimes enjoy live traditional music performances on weekends. The building itself, formerly the National History Museum and originally the Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, adds to the cultural experience.
