We booked this hotel prior to our booking and we were so looking forward to it but alas it was the most shocking experience ever. The hotel was nothing like what was shown in pictures. The rooms were in really bad shape and the service was third class. It was not at all a good experience and we were really disappointed.. We had an unforgettable trip while visiting this amazing place. Everything from our stay, to people, hospitality, food, beautiful locations and views...it was just perfect. It was like we were living a dream vacation.

I had to stay at this hotel last day because I got stuck here for some work. So I had no advance booking done or anything of that sort but these people were so nice to accommodate me on last minute things and also updated my room to better and made sure I had a good stay. The staff was very friendly and it was an unbelievable experience and I will definitely visit again.. If there is one way to describe my visit, it would be unbelievable. The gorgeous locations, the history associated with the places, the super fun tourist spots, the delicious cuisine, warm and friendly people and to top it all, the kind hospitality we received, I am just so happy and joyful about my vacation here.. Our trip to this magnificent city was unbelievable. We had a wonderful time enjoying the various beautiful sites of the city. We decided to go to this famous museum and loved every bit of it. The guide was superb and the collection was diverse. Some of the antiques were really fascinating and the stories associated with them were very interesting and intriguing. All and all, our museum tour was quite successful.. We were so excited to visit this place but were thoroughly disappointed while reaching and looking at the mismanaged affair. The place was crowded with tourists and there was no system to arrange them. The staff was also very rude.
