Studio Howard

Studio Howard is a gallery and shop in Georgetown, Penang, dedicated to the work of photographer Howard Tan. The studio offers a diverse collection of photographs, primarily depicting the historic streets and architecture of Georgetown, often presented in a style reminiscent of watercolors. In addition to Tan's photography, the studio also features local art, crafts, and souvenirs. There are two locations on Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling, a smaller shop and a larger three-story building, with plans for expanding exhibition space. Staff are known for their knowledge and English proficiency, and artwork is carefully packaged for transport.
