Praetorians Muay Thai and MMA

Praetorians Muay Thai and MMA is a well-established training facility located near downtown Beirut. For nearly five years, it has provided instruction in authentic Muay Thai techniques, focusing on stamina, conditioning, and both light and advanced sparring. The gym is led by Kru Jad Sakr, a certified coach accredited by leading Muay Thai gyms in Thailand and the USA. Praetorians fosters a supportive and friendly atmosphere, welcoming individuals of all skill levels and encouraging continuous improvement. It has a reputation for transforming novices into capable athletes, with some progressing to become assistant coaches.
