The North Theatre in Jerash, Jordan, is the second theatre within the ancient city. Constructed around 165 AD, it served as a venue for political meetings and smaller gatherings, contrasting with the larger South Theatre. While smaller and less extensively preserved than its counterpart, the North Theatre remains remarkably intact and offers a compelling glimpse into Roman civic life. Its acoustics are particularly noteworthy, providing an exceptional auditory experience. Visitors often find it a worthwhile, though potentially skippable, site when time is limited.
