Reikado Hall is a significant spiritual site on Mt. Misen, renowned for its perpetually burning flame, lit by Kobo Daishi in 806. The flame is believed to possess curative properties, with the boiled water from it said to heal ailments. It served as the pilot light for the Flame of Peace in Hiroshima's Peace Memorial Park. The shrine is nestled amongst other shrines and pagodas along the mountain trail, offering a peaceful and atmospheric experience. Visitors often stop here on their ascent or descent of Mt. Misen, appreciating the historical significance and beautiful surroundings.
It is the most beautiful building I witnessed which is architecturally detailed. The building structure was royal and the building exhibits a regal vibe to it. Visiting this place was an amazing experience and the place is truly a stunning place.
