The Martelli pasta factory, located in the charming village of Lari, is a small, family-owned operation dedicated to traditional pasta-making techniques. The factory has been preserving Tuscan pasta-making traditions for generations, using semolina for a healthier product. A shop next door offers the opportunity to purchase their pasta, which is distributed worldwide.
