The Duomo di Pietrasanta, constructed in 1255 by the Lucchese, retains much of its original 14th-century Gothic structure. While modest in size, the church is richly decorated with art, including notable 15th-century works and beautiful frescoes. It serves as a calming spiritual center within the artistic town of Pietrasanta, and is often free to enter outside of mass times. The nearby Baptistery, located across the street, is also a point of interest. The church's coat of arms, featuring six balls, is linked to the Medici family's marble trading interests in the region.
This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.

The cathedral is hundreds of years old and has a magnificent architecture. The murals and the walls are simply stunning. We got a chance to witness the prayer ceremony and it was divine. Do visit this place and do enjoy it.
