Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna is a protected area encompassing a vast expanse of forests in the Apennine Mountains of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. The park is celebrated for its biodiversity, well-maintained hiking paths catering to all skill levels, and the exceptional beauty of its autumnal colors. Visitors can explore ancient woodlands, climb peaks like Monte Falco, and enjoy the local cuisine. Despite its proximity to populated areas, the park maintains a remarkably unspoiled and peaceful character, offering a retreat into nature.
It is a great place to stay and gives you much luxury and comfort at a great price. The service is great and the management was very prompt and was very helpful and assisted us with everything. The rooms were big and spacious, well maintained and the views from the window of the city skyline was just stunning. Loved my experience here!
