The Tempio di Giove Olimpico, situated in the Valley of the Temples near Agrigento, Sicily, was intended to be one of the most monumental Doric temples ever constructed. Construction began around 480 BC, but the temple was never fully completed. Despite its ruined state, the scale of the structure is still evident, covering an area of approximately 112.7 x 56.3 meters. The site features fragments of massive columns and notable telamons – giant sculpted figures that once supported the roof. Visitors can explore the remnants of this ambitious project and imagine its original grandeur, often alongside other temples within the archaeological park.

It is a great place to stay and gives you much luxury and comfort at a great price. The service is great and the management was very prompt and was very helpful and assisted us with everything. The rooms were big and spacious, well maintained and the views from the window of the city skyline was just stunning. Loved my experience here!
Our journey to this place was nothing less than a magnificent memory. This is the most beautiful place I have visited and stayed. I have never experienced luxury like that and the hospitality was top notch. I am still so grateful for all the people who hosted us and took us on an incredible journey.
This place was not the main attraction on our list but we decided to take a little detour and visit this place and see the bizz for ourselves. Honestly, there is not so much to see except for the town hall city market which is the only happening place here and also has few really nice restaurants. Other than that, there is nothing to see here and also not so many good places to stay, you can simply skip it.. I always wanted to visit this city as it was on my bucket list and there is so much to see here that you really really fell in love with the culture, the buildings, the people and the food of this place. We took the tour package where the guide took us to all the main spots and apart from it, we were able to enjoy so much at the markets of the city and shopped so much stuff.
If you are visiting this beautiful city, then dont miss out on the must see attractions of the tourist spots which are simply amazing. The city might be a little hyped because of its tourist spots but they are really worth watching it and you will definitely enjoy them.. This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.
