Ex Manicomio di Mombello is a large, historically significant site that once functioned as a psychiatric hospital. The complex includes extensive grounds, a park, and remnants of a former drug production facility. While parts of the main building have been repurposed for public health offices, the majority of the site remains abandoned, offering a glimpse into its past. A church is also present on the grounds, maintained by a local priest. The site is particularly known for its network of underground tunnels, the purpose and extent of which are largely unknown. Access is free, but personal transportation is required.
