Alfredo Alla Scrofa is a renowned Roman restaurant with over a century of history, famously known as the birthplace of Fettuccine Alfredo. Established in 1914, the restaurant continues to serve this iconic dish prepared in the traditional manner – a simple yet exquisite combination of pasta, butter, and Parmesan cheese, mixed tableside. Beyond the Alfredo, the menu features other Italian classics, and the restaurant also offers pasta-making classes, providing guests with a hands-on culinary experience. The atmosphere is steeped in history, with walls adorned with photographs of past celebrity patrons.
We went to this place which is amazing and we booked the entire suite for the family. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay. The service and the staff was superb and we were able to indulge in their spa as well which was awesome. Must visit place for everybody.
