La Suite Hotel & Spa presents itself as a five-star destination, aiming to provide a relaxing and upscale experience. The property features a pool, spa, and dining options. However, visitor experiences are highly inconsistent, ranging from exceptional service and upgraded accommodations to reports of significant disrepair, understaffing, and cleanliness issues. The hotel is situated away from the main town area, offering a degree of seclusion. Some guests have enjoyed organized tours, such as those to Halong Bay, while others have encountered closed restaurants and difficulties with basic amenities.
It was one the greatest experiences we had. We loved the place and more than the place the people were simply amazing. The hospitality and the warmth provided to us was beyond expectation and we are forever grateful.
We were so excited to visit this place but were thoroughly disappointed while reaching and looking at the mismanaged affair. The place was crowded with tourists and there was no system to arrange them. The staff was also very rude.. Went to this famous restaurant and ordered the special. The food was tasteful and delicious. The preparation was exotic and well put together. The flavors were just amazing and the wine selection was great. Loved it here.
