Museum Gush Katif de Jerusalem

The Museum Gush Katif de Jerusalem is a poignant memorial dedicated to the former Jewish settlements of Gush Katif, which were evacuated from the Gaza Strip in 2005. The museum showcases the agricultural achievements, community life, and eventual dismantling of these settlements through photographs, videos, artifacts, and personal stories. It aims to preserve the memory of Gush Katif and offer a perspective on the disengagement plan. The museum is notably small, often described as being located in a repurposed apartment, but its exhibits are emotionally resonant. An additional museum is located in Nitzan, the main relocation point for evacuees.
