This hotel has so many mixed reviews of positives and negatives online and I could see why. Even though the hotel is nice and rooms are big and comfortable, the staff seemed new and a bit unprofessional. They were clueless at so many situations which is a big minus in the hospitality industry. Overall, it was an okay experience but they could have been so much better.
The trip to this place has been an emotional and a moving experience. The collection displayed and the stories behind it leaves you with a lump in your throat and makes you understand the sad history which people had to go through.. We had a wonderful time on our tour. We visited all the famous places and clicked so many amazing pictures and made memories. The guide was great. The weather was also so gorgeous that we enjoyed every moment of our tour. Thanks for wonderful service.
The trip was totally amazing, beautiful scenery, wonderful guides, great food, and active adventures. It was an excellent experience and tour for me and my family.
It was one the greatest experiences we had. We loved the place and more than the place the people were simply amazing. The hospitality and the warmth provided to us was beyond expectation and we are forever grateful.
This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.
We were so excited to visit this place but were thoroughly disappointed while reaching and looking at the mismanaged affair. The place was crowded with tourists and there was no system to arrange them. The staff was also very rude.
The cafe is a little place situated in the middle of the buzzing market of the city and is a cute little place with a really warm ambience and very nice and friendly people and staff. The food was great and had a lot of amazing local flavors. It was totally worth the visit and we really enjoyed the food and hospitality.
We stayed in for one night here and the hotel was too expensive and not at all worth it. The place was a little crappy in shape and a lot of maintenance was going on and all the rooms were not even furnished properly. But we had no other option and had to stay therefore had to sacrifice and paid extra to stay a night.. It was one the greatest experiences we had. The chefs have all come from outside and serve the best of gourmet food. It was exotic and tasty array of food and I highly recommend this place to everyone. Just awesome!!

I have been planning to take this vacation for a long time and it was one of my bucket list things which when I finally did it, it was the most unforgettable experience for me. This place was more awesome than what I expected. The views, the culture and the people, everything here exudes warmth and hospitality that I felt like the most taken care of person here. It was great and a dream come true for me.. We had an unforgettable trip while visiting this amazing place. Everything from our stay, to people, hospitality, food, beautiful locations and views...it was just perfect. It was like we were living a dream vacation.
