Behnam House, located in the Magsudiyeh neighborhood near Saat Square, is a historical residence dating back approximately 240 years. It is considered the oldest house in Tabriz and exemplifies Qajar-style architecture. Currently, the building serves as a part of the Tabriz Architecture University, housing students and faculty. The house features a large courtyard with fountains and flowers, and its windows are notable for their intricate stained glass. While the atmosphere is often lively with students, it provides a unique opportunity to appreciate traditional Persian architecture.
