Bharat Taxi is a taxi service operating in various cities across India, including Chennai, Kolkata, and Mangalore. The company offers both hourly/kilometer-based packages and full-day rentals. Guests frequently mention the friendliness and helpfulness of drivers, with some noting their knowledge of local sights. However, experiences are not uniformly positive, with reports of delays, discrepancies in quoted pricing, and issues with vehicle maintenance. Advance payments are often required, and toll charges are typically the responsibility of the passenger. The service aims to provide reliable transportation, but consistency in service quality appears to be an area for improvement.
Bharat Taxi is best suited for travelers seeking affordable transportation, particularly those who prioritize a friendly and helpful driver. It may be less ideal for those requiring strict punctuality or a guaranteed level of vehicle quality.

Our stay here has been horrible and simply pathetic. It was the worst and the people here were so bad and disgusting. They were so rude and not at all helpful. The service was bullshit and the maintenance of the place was really really bad. I am never visiting this place again.
