Crossroads Mall is a modestly sized shopping center situated in the heart of Dehradun. While not as expansive as larger malls in the area, it provides a convenient destination for locals and visitors alike. The mall features a selection of branded stores, a grocery store ('Fresh n Easy'), a food court, and a movie theater ('Movie Lounge'). It's known for its central location, relatively easy parking, and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to busier malls. The Tavern restaurant is frequently highlighted as a dining highlight. The presence of an official Apple Store is also noted.
We booked a tour package and thought that this would be a good way to see all the major sites of the city but it turned out to be nothing great. The tour bus stopped at all places but had not much time to make us roam around the area. Seemed like they were in a rush all the time and were not good with the local knowledge and culture. It was also expensive, which was not a great thing.
There was nothing special about this speciality hotel and it was such a disappointment. The place was literally in ruins and it pinches me to see all my money goes to waste. The rooms were really dirty and unkept and the service was pathetic. I wont recommend this to anyone and it was the worst experience.
The best place to indulge in some great quality food and wine here. There are numerous restaurants who are servicing gourmet local cuisines which are delicious and can be savored with some amazing wine. Do try these and I am sure you will love it.
