The Bharat Mata Temple in Varanasi is dedicated to Mother India and features a remarkable marble relief map of the Indian subcontinent as it existed before the partition of Pakistan and Bangladesh. Constructed by Shiv Kumar Gupta in 1931 and inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi, the temple aims to represent India as a unified entity. The map, carved in marble, depicts mountains, rivers, and plains, offering a topographical representation of the region. While the temple itself is relatively simple in design, the map is the primary attraction, offering a unique perspective on the geography and history of India. The surrounding area has suffered from a lack of consistent maintenance.
This is an amazing place and a must see for all the visitors. It is adorned with beautiful interiors and historic walls. The stories of the past of this building are incredible and the view is just awesome.
Our journey to this place was nothing less than a magnificent memory. This is the most beautiful place I have visited and stayed. I have never experienced luxury like that and the hospitality was top notch. I am still so grateful for all the people who hosted us and took us on an incredible journey.
It was one of the most prestigious places of the city and our visit to this place was great. Our guide made sure that we knew the story part of this place and we roamed around for quite some time and clicked many pictures. It was really nice and peaceful here and we liked it.

The place is exceptionally good and the scenery was stunning. We had the most amazing time and we are glad to have experienced this wonderful vacation.
Our visit to this place was amazing. It is so beautiful here and scenery and the views are just WOW.. we were in awe with the sheer beauty of this place. The scenic views are just gorgeous here and dont forget to check out the sunsets which are just stunning and so pretty.
There was nothing special about this speciality hotel and it was such a disappointment. The place was literally in ruins and it pinches me to see all my money goes to waste. The rooms were really dirty and unkept and the service was pathetic. I wont recommend this to anyone and it was the worst experience.
It is a great place to stay and gives you much luxury and comfort at a great price. The service is great and the management was very prompt and was very helpful and assisted us with everything. The rooms were big and spacious, well maintained and the views from the window of the city skyline was just stunning. Loved my experience here!
