Nizam Sagar Dam

Nizam Sagar Dam is situated in the Nizamabad district and provides a scenic spot for visitors. While not a large-scale dam, it's consistently filled with water for much of the year. The surrounding area is relatively undeveloped, so it's advisable to bring your own refreshments. It's conveniently located for those also planning to visit Dichpally Ramalayam and Basar, as well as the larger Sreeramsagar Project (SRSP). The dam's primary function is water storage, and while it offers a pleasant experience, cleanliness is an area for improvement.
