Padam Talab is a large lake situated in Zone 3 of Ranthambore National Park. Named after Princess Padmavati, who is said to have committed sati here, the lake serves as a vital water source for the park's wildlife. Visitors often observe a variety of animals, including deer, crocodiles, and numerous bird species, particularly during the drier months when they congregate around the water. We went to this gorgeous place and it has the most mesmerizing views. The scenic view of this place was just stunning. The scenery, the greenery and the location seems to have come from a fairy tale book. It was always on my bucket list to visit this place and i am so glad to have done that. It is just beautiful here.

We booked a tour package and thought that this would be a good way to see all the major sites of the city but it turned out to be nothing great. The tour bus stopped at all places but had not much time to make us roam around the area. Seemed like they were in a rush all the time and were not good with the local knowledge and culture. It was also expensive, which was not a great thing.
