The Trinesvaraswamy Temple is a dedicated Shiva temple situated in the northeast corner of the Mysore Palace fort. It predates Raja Wodeyar (1578-1617) and is one of twelve temples within the palace grounds. Built in the Dravidian style, the temple is known for its depiction of Trinetra – Shiva with three eyes – and is a significant site for devotees, particularly during Mahashivarathri. Visitors appreciate its cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere.
