BM Habitat Mall is a relatively new shopping destination in Mysore, aiming to provide a modern retail and entertainment experience. While still undergoing development with some vacant spaces, it features a mix of shops including Max and Big Bazaar, a food court with a unique ordering system, and the DRC cinemas multiplex. It's noted for its convenient parking and accessibility for residents in the surrounding areas. The mall is often seen as a secondary option compared to larger malls like Mall of Mysore, but offers a viable alternative for those seeking a convenient and economical outing.
We booked a tour package and thought that this would be a good way to see all the major sites of the city but it turned out to be nothing great. The tour bus stopped at all places but had not much time to make us roam around the area. Seemed like they were in a rush all the time and were not good with the local knowledge and culture. It was also expensive, which was not a great thing.
