Ahmed Khan's Mosque and Tomb is a historical site located between Hampi and the Vithala Temple complex. The structure, built in the Deccani Islamic style, features a cubical tomb with a dome and a nearby rectangular pillared hall. While not as grand as other monuments in Hampi, it provides insight into the area's multicultural past and the presence of Islamic architecture during that period. The site is somewhat secluded, accessible via a dirt road and through a banana plantation, and is often less crowded than the more popular attractions. The condition of the structure is somewhat deteriorated, with many parts in ruins.
