Chandertal Lake

Chandertal Lake, situated at an elevation of approximately 4,300 meters in the Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, is a crescent-shaped lake and a significant source of the Chandra River. Covering an area of 1.53 sq km with a circumference of 2.5 km, the lake is celebrated for its clear, reflective waters and the dramatic backdrop of snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows.
